Description

The Rando is a cylindrical outdoor wall light with a vertical corrugated metal shade finished in white, mounted on a rectangular white backplate. The fitting houses a single E27 bulb (sold separately) that directs light upwards through the open top of the cylinder, creating an uplight effect against walls and soffits. The corrugated texture runs vertically around the 9.5cm diameter cylinder, giving the shade a ribbed profile that catches light and shadow across its surface.

Designed for exterior walls, porches, patios and covered walkways, the Rando carries an IP54 rating providing protection against dust ingress and water spray from any direction. This makes it suitable for use in exposed locations including coastal areas where salt air is present. The uplight configuration works best when mounted 1.5-2m above ground level on walls where the light can wash upwards to highlight architectural features, create ambient glow or mark entrance points without glare at eye level.
