Description

The Radiantix is a 60cm outdoor bollard light built from turned aluminium with a grey powder-coated finish and an opal plastic diffuser at the head. The bollard takes a single E27 bulb (sold separately) and carries an IP44 rating for outdoor use in patios, pathways, driveways and garden borders. The 180mm diameter head and 60cm height provide path-level illumination without light spill above waist height.

Designed for residential gardens, terraces and commercial outdoor spaces, the Radiantix suits applications where visibility and wayfinding matter more than decorative wash lighting. The opal diffuser softens the bulb output and spreads light in a 360-degree pattern around the bollard, making it effective for marking pathway edges, steps, or changes in surface level. The mid-height design keeps light low to the ground, reducing glare for seated diners and neighbours.

The powder-coated aluminium construction resists corrosion in typical UK weather conditions, while the IP44 rating protects internal components from rain and dust ingress. The bollard mounts to a solid base via two fixing holes at the bottom of the stem, and requires a suitable outdoor-rated E27 LED bulb between 6-12W for most residential applications. The Radiantix takes a standard E27 bulb. For outdoor use, choose an outdoor-rated LED bulb between 6-12W and 2700K-3000K for warm white light. Bulbs are sold separately.

Yes. The IP44 rating protects against rain and dust ingress. The powder-coated aluminium construction resists corrosion in typical UK weather, though the bollard should be mounted on a solid base to prevent water pooling around the fixing points.

How is it installed?

The bollard mounts via two fixing holes at the base of the stem. It requires a solid surface such as concrete, paving slabs or decking, and must be wired to an outdoor-rated electrical supply by a qualified electrician.

Can it be dimmed?
