Description

The Pure is a 400mm cylindrical LED pendant designed for Ideal Lux magnetic track systems, featuring a gold extruded aluminium tube with an integrated 12W 3000K LED. The magnetic connector at the top of the pendant attaches directly to the track rail, allowing the fitting to be repositioned along the track without rewiring or removing the track cover. The dimmable LED provides 12W output at 3000K warm white, suitable for accent lighting over kitchen worktops, bar areas, or as directional spot lighting in retail and gallery installations.

Designed for flexible positioning rather than fixed installation, the Pure suits spaces where lighting needs shift over time or where multiple pendants are arranged in variable configurations along a single track run. The 1130mm cable drop is adjustable during installation, allowing the pendant to hang at different heights above work surfaces, counters, or display areas. The magnetic connection holds the pendant securely in place on the track while allowing removal and repositioning by hand without tools.

The gold finish on the extruded aluminium tube has a satin sheen that softens reflections compared to polished brass, pairing with warm-toned interiors, oak cabinetry, and natural stone surfaces. The 40mm diameter tube keeps the visual profile slim when multiple pendants are installed along the same track. The black cable contrasts with the gold body, running from the pendant head up to the magnetic track connector. The IP20 rating limits the Pure to dry indoor locations only.

The Pure works as part of the Ideal Lux Ego Profile magnetic track system. The track itself is sold separately and requires mains wiring by a qualified electrician, after which individual pendants can be added, removed and repositioned along the track without further electrical work. This flexibility suits residential kitchens, commercial hospitality settings, and retail environments where lighting layouts are adjusted seasonally or for different uses.

No. The Pure is designed specifically for the Ideal Lux Ego Profile magnetic track system. It will not fit other brands' magnetic track products due to connector design and voltage differences. The track must be purchased separately.

Yes, the integrated 12W LED is dimmable. Dimmer compatibility depends on the specific dimmer model and the track system's transformer. Use a trailing-edge LED-compatible dimmer rated for low-voltage LED loads and confirm compatibility with the Ideal Lux Ego Profile track before installation.
