The Polar is a 135mm recessed ground light built from high-performance resin, designed to sit flush with paving, decking or gravel in outdoor pathways, patios and garden borders. The circular grey body houses a single GX53 bulb behind a clear resin diffuser, directing light upwards or outwards depending on the bulb angle. The IP66 rating provides full protection against dust ingress and high-pressure water jets, making the fitting suitable for areas exposed to rain, hose-washing or poolside spray.

Designed for recessed installation, the Polar requires a cut-out in the mounting surface and a minimum recess depth to accommodate the lamp holder and wiring. Once installed, the grey bezel sits level with the surface, reducing trip hazards and providing a clean profile that integrates into modern and industrial garden schemes. The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible GX53 LED bulb and a mains dimmer or smart control system.
