Description

The Points CCT is a 220mm linear track light housing a 12W integrated LED with adjustable colour temperature ranging from warm 2700K to cool 6000K. The white powder-coated aluminium body contains recessed optics that focus the LED output into a 36° beam angle, designed for accent lighting rather than ambient coverage. The light mounts onto Maytoni's magnetic Exility track system using a concealed magnetic coupling.

Intended for retail, gallery, residential and hospitality environments where accent lighting is needed on track infrastructure, the Points CCT gives flexibility to reposition spotlights along the track length without re-wiring. The adjustable colour temperature allows the same fitting to deliver warm light for product displays in fashion retail or hospitality, and cooler light for commercial and task-focused environments. The dimming function is controlled via compatible app or voice assistant integration (requires compatible magnetic track controller, sold separately).

The recessed LED sits behind the aluminium aperture plane, reducing direct glare when viewed from typical standing or seated positions. The 220mm body length and 22mm width keep the fitting visually compact on the track, so multiple units can be clustered without overwhelming the ceiling line. The white finish integrates with white or light-neutral ceilings in contemporary, Scandinavian and minimalist interiors. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry interior locations.

Is this compatible with standard track lighting rails?

No. The Points CCT is designed exclusively for Maytoni's magnetic Exility track system and uses a magnetic coupling rather than traditional track adaptors. It will not fit onto three-circuit track, single-circuit track, or other manufacturers' magnetic systems.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

Colour temperature adjustment requires a compatible magnetic track controller (sold separately) that supports app or voice control. The light itself does not have manual switches — all control is handled through the track system's controller.

What is the beam angle suited for?

The 36° beam angle is relatively tight, designed for accent lighting on artwork, retail displays, architectural details, or task surfaces. It is not a flood beam — it creates defined pools of light rather than broad coverage.

Can multiple units be installed on one track?

Yes. The Exility magnetic track system supports multiple Points CCT fittings along its length, limited only by the total wattage capacity of the track controller and power supply. Each unit draws 12W at DC 48V.
