The Orlix is an articulated desk lamp built from brushed silver metal, with a two-arm jointed construction that allows the domed shade to be positioned across a 510mm reach from the circular base. Each joint holds position via tightening knobs, letting the lamp head be angled over a desk, worktop or bedside table and locked in place for reading or close work.

Designed for desks, home offices and bedside positions where directed light is needed without a fixed ceiling fitting, the Orlix sits on a 210mm diameter weighted base that prevents tipping when the arm is fully extended. The shade houses a single E14 bulb (sold separately) behind a white-painted metal interior that reflects light downward onto the work surface. The 1m cable carries an inline switch for on/off control without reaching for a wall socket.

The brushed silver finish on the metal frame gives a neutral metallic appearance that pairs with industrial, mid-century and contemporary interiors without the warmer tone of brass or the starker contrast of matt black.
