Description

The Opal is a 60mm diameter recessed LED spotlight with a cylindrical black die-cast aluminium body housing an integrated 7W 3000K LED. The spotlight head pivots on a fixed circular ceiling plate, allowing the beam to be angled towards artwork, feature walls or task surfaces after installation. The transparent knurled acrylic diffuser at the head softens the LED source without significantly reducing output.

Designed for living rooms, hallways, retail displays and hospitality spaces where targeted accent lighting is needed, the Opal recesses into a 60mm ceiling cut-out with 87mm projection below ceiling level once fitted. The adjustable head rotates through approximately 350 degrees horizontally and tilts through 90 degrees vertically, allowing precise beam placement onto specific objects or zones without needing to reposition the fixture.

The powder-coated black finish on the aluminium body provides a uniform matt surface that reduces glare when viewed from the side, and the black internal front ring conceals the LED array from direct view. The 7W LED delivers approximately 560 lumens at 3000K warm white, suitable for highlighting details rather than providing general room illumination. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations only.
