Description

The Okno is a 120mm diameter recessed LED downlight with an integrated 12W LED module and adjustable colour temperature from 3000K warm white to 6000K cool white. The white aluminium bezel and plastic diffuser give a clean flush finish against the ceiling, and the IP44 rating allows installation in bathrooms, kitchens, and covered outdoor areas where moisture is present.

Designed for ceiling cutouts between 100-110mm, the Okno fits into standard residential ceiling voids with a 55mm depth requirement above the ceiling line. The 100° beam angle provides broad, even downward coverage suitable for general ambient lighting in living rooms, hallways, offices, and retail spaces. The adjustable colour temperature is controlled via a wall switch sequence, allowing the user to cycle between warm white (3000K), neutral white (4000K), and cool white (6000K) without needing a separate dimmer or controller.

The aluminium body includes a radiator-fin heat sink visible from above, which draws heat away from the LED module to maintain output and extend service life. The white powder-coated finish on the visible bezel integrates with white ceilings and hides the cutout edge. Spring-loaded retention clips secure the fitting from above once dropped into the ceiling void, and the wide AC 165-265V input voltage range accommodates both UK and international installations.

Maytoni backs the Okno with a 5-year warranty covering LED module failure and driver faults. The non-replaceable LED is rated for approximately 30,000 hours of operation, equating to around 10 years at 8 hours per day use before noticeable lumen degradation.

The Okno requires a cutout diameter between 100-110mm and a minimum 55mm depth above the ceiling for the driver and heat sink. The visible bezel is 120mm diameter once installed.

Can it be used in bathrooms?
