Description

The Nora is a 5-light cluster pendant suspending five frosted glass shades from a gold-finish circular canopy, each shade containing an inner white frosted glass cylinder that acts as the primary diffuser. The shades hang on individual cables, allowing the drop of each pendant to be adjusted independently during installation between 440mm and 2000mm, creating a staggered cascade or uniform level depending on the room layout.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and open-plan living areas with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Nora provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The 633mm canopy spread distributes the five pendants across approximately 60cm of ceiling width, which suits tables and islands between 1.8m and 2.4m in length. Each shade takes a standard E27 bulb (sold separately), giving flexibility to choose LED, halogen or filament styles between 6W and 40W depending on the desired brightness and colour temperature.

The outer frosted glass shell is faceted with vertical panels that refract light when the bulbs are on, while the inner white cylinder softens the light source and reduces glare from beneath. The combination of gold-finish metalwork and white-frosted glass gives the fitting a warm appearance under both daylight and artificial light, pairing well with warm-toned woods, brass kitchen fixtures and cream or beige wall colours. The 9.5kg combined weight of the five glass shades and metalwork requires a secure ceiling fixing capable of supporting the load, and the 100-240V rating allows the pendant to be used internationally.

What bulbs does the Nora take?

Each of the five pendants takes a standard E27 (Edison screw) bulb. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair the Nora with warm-white LED bulbs between 6W and 10W at 2700K-3000K to balance ambient light output with the frosted glass diffusion.

Can the drop height of each pendant be adjusted independently?

Yes. Each of the five pendants hangs on an individual cable that can be adjusted during installation between 440mm and 2000mm. This allows the pendants to be set at staggered heights for a cascading effect or at the same level for uniform illumination.

Is the Nora dimmable?
