The blown glass arms are hand-formed and carry visible air bubbles and tonal variation inherent to the glassblowing process.

Designed for dining rooms, entrance halls and double-height living spaces with ceiling heights of 3m or above, the Nexus requires substantial headroom to avoid dominating smaller rooms. The 655mm drop from canopy to lowest crystal finial leaves approximately 850-900mm clearance needed below the fitting in a typical 2.7m ceiling, making this better suited to taller spaces or rooms where the chandelier hangs over a table rather than in open circulation zones. The velvet-covered chain conceals the cable run and adds a textural detail where the suspension meets the ceiling rose.

The gold finish on the central column and bulb cups contrasts with the chrome detailing on the arm joints and canopy mount, creating a two-tone metallic effect that pairs with both warm brass fixtures and cooler chrome or nickel hardware in the same room. Amber crystals positioned at intervals along each arm catch and refract light from the bulbs, adding movement to the overall glow. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible dimmer switch, allowing output to be adjusted from full brightness for gatherings to lower ambient levels for evening use.

What bulbs does the Nexus take?

What ceiling height is needed?

In a 2.7m ceiling room, the lowest crystal finial would sit around 1.8m from the floor, which may feel low in walkways.

Can the chain length be adjusted?

Yes. The velvet-covered chain can be shortened during installation by an electrician to suit the room height. The velvet cover is supplied longer than the minimum drop to allow for adjustment on site.
