Description

The Next is an arc floor lamp with a 2-metre curved arm extending from a weighted round base, finished in matt black powder-coated metal. The arm terminates in an integrated 30W LED module behind an opal silicone diffuser that casts soft, glare-free 3000K warm white light downward. A touch dimmer built into the stem allows stepless adjustment from low ambient to full task brightness.

Designed to arc over seating areas, the Next positions light where a ceiling pendant cannot reach — over a sofa corner, an armchair reading position, or the far side of a dining table in open-plan spaces. The 2m reach from base to lamp head allows the fitting to stand behind furniture and project light forward, keeping the floor footprint clear. The weighted base provides stability without requiring wall mounting or floor fixing.

The opal silicone diffuser distributes the 30W LED output evenly across its surface, preventing hotspots and creating a comfortable reading light or ambient wash depending on dimmer setting. The matt black finish on the metal frame sits quietly against dark walls and contrasts cleanly with lighter interiors. The 1.5m cable allows flexible positioning relative to wall sockets, and the integrated driver removes the need for external transformers.

No. The 30W LED is integrated and non-replaceable, but it is rated for 30,000+ hours of use, which equates to approximately 15 years at 5 hours per day. At end of life the entire fitting would need replacing.

How does the touch dimmer work?

The touch control is built into the lamp stem. Tap once to turn on, tap and hold to dim up or down through the brightness range, tap again to turn off. The dimmer is stepless, allowing fine adjustment between minimum and maximum output.

What reach does the arc provide?

The arm extends 2 metres (2000mm) from the base to the lamp head. This allows the lamp to stand behind a sofa or chair and arc forward to position light over the seating area without the base sitting in the middle of the floor.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the Next is suitable only for dry indoor locations. It is not rated for use in bathrooms, kitchens near sinks, or any area where moisture or water splashes are present.
