Description

The Mono is a 29cm flush ceiling light with an integrated 12W LED running at 3000K warm white, set within a black plastic base and covered by an opaque white polycarbonate diffuser. The LED sits directly against the ceiling without a pendant drop, making the fitting suitable for rooms with low ceiling heights where traditional pendants would hang too far into the space.

Designed for hallways, bathrooms (IP20 rating allows zones 3 and outside bathroom zones only), small bedrooms, cloakrooms and utility rooms where a compact, non-dimmable general light source is needed. The 29cm diameter provides enough coverage for rooms up to approximately 8-10m², with the white diffuser spreading the 12W LED output evenly across the ceiling plane to reduce shadow concentration. The quick-fix mounting system clips the fitting directly onto a standard ceiling rose without requiring additional brackets or assembly.

The black plastic base contrasts with the white diffuser, giving a defined edge that works in both monochrome and warm-toned interiors. The polycarbonate diffuser is impact-resistant and lighter than glass equivalents, reducing ceiling load. At 3000K the LED produces a warm white tone closer to traditional incandescent bulbs than cooler daylight LEDs, suiting residential settings where a neutral-to-warm light temperature is preferred over clinical white.

No. The integrated LED driver does not support dimmer switches. The light operates at a fixed output when switched on.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

The IP20 rating allows use in bathroom zone 3 (more than 600mm from the edge of a bath or shower) and in areas outside defined bathroom zones. It cannot be used directly above a bath or shower or within arm's reach of either.

What ceiling height is needed?
