The Mistral Left is a 6W LED wall light with an integrated 3000K light source behind a triangular frosted white acrylic diffuser that curves away from a polished chrome backplate. The diffuser itself is the light source — the LED strip sits behind the acrylic, turning the entire triangular form into a glowing surface that casts 540 lumens of warm ambient light across the wall.

Designed for hallways, bedrooms and living rooms where ambient rather than task lighting is needed, the Mistral Left pairs with the Mistral Right to create symmetrical installations either side of a headboard, mirror or artwork. The left-facing orientation means the diffuser angles to the left when mounted, while the right-facing version mirrors it. The 260mm height and 140mm projection suit wall spaces where a traditional picture light would be too narrow and a full wall washer too wide.

The polished chrome backplate and mounting hardware provide a reflective accent against the frosted acrylic, which diffuses the LED evenly without visible hot spots or striping. The non-dimmable driver is integrated into the backplate, so the fitting mounts directly to a standard wall junction box without needing a separate control gear box. At 0.68kg the light sits securely on a single-screw fixing into a plasterboard wall or brick substrate.

What's the difference between left and right versions?

The diffuser angles to the left on the left-facing version and to the right on the right-facing version when both are mounted upright. They are mirror images, designed to be used as symmetrical pairs either side of a central feature.

Can it be mounted in a bathroom?

The Mistral carries no IP rating and is designed for dry indoor use only. It is not suitable for bathroom zones requiring splash or moisture protection.

How is the acrylic diffuser cleaned?

Wipe the frosted acrylic with a dry microfibre cloth. For marks or fingerprints, use a barely-damp cloth with plain water. Avoid ammonia-based glass cleaners or abrasive materials that can scratch the frosted surface.
