Description

The Marquise is a 425mm diameter drum pendant with a white fabric-covered shade wrapped around an enamelled metal frame, suspended on adjustable steel cables with integrated cable stoppers. The shade houses three E27 bulb fittings (bulbs sold separately), providing a combined light output diffused through the fabric to create soft ambient illumination.

Designed for dining rooms, kitchen islands and living spaces with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Marquise suits rooms where overhead ambient light is needed without harsh glare. The adjustable suspension cables allow the pendant to be set at the correct drop height during installation—typically 700-900mm above a dining table or 600-800mm above a kitchen worktop. The automatic cable stoppers lock the height without tools, and the cables conceal the electrical run from the ceiling rose to the pendant canopy.

The white fabric shade is backed by a flame-retardant PVC sheet for safety, and the metal frame beneath provides structural rigidity so the shade maintains its circular profile when hung. The three E27 fittings accept standard LED, halogen or filament bulbs up to 60W each, giving flexibility to choose the colour temperature and brightness that suits the space. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor environments only.
