Description

The Luxeon Slim L-connector is a horizontal 90-degree track lighting connector in white plastic, manufactured by Ideal Lux for the Luxeon Slim track system. The connector forms an L-shaped junction between two track sections, allowing track layouts to turn corners or form rectangular configurations around room perimeters or ceiling grids. The 100mm x 100mm footprint sits flush to the ceiling on surface-mounted installations.

Designed for dimmable track lighting systems, the connector maintains electrical continuity for dimmer control across the full track run. This allows a single dimmer to control all spotlights on connected tracks, whether the layout runs straight or turns through multiple corners. Compatible with the Luxeon Slim track range, the connector accepts track sections on two adjacent faces, forming the 90-degree turn.

The white plastic body matches the standard Luxeon Slim track finish and sits approximately 25mm below ceiling level when installed. The connector housing includes internal contacts that slot into the track sections on either side, with the joint secured by the track's own clip mechanism. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments — living rooms, offices, retail spaces and galleries where the ceiling remains dry.
