Description

The Luxeon Slim is a 2m magnetic track system in black powder-coated aluminium, designed to accept Ideal Lux magnetic spotlights, pendants and linear fittings. The track mounts directly to ceilings or structural soffits using the integrated surface-mount profile, eliminating the need for recessing. A continuous magnetic rail runs the full 2000mm length, allowing fixtures to be positioned anywhere along the track and moved without tools.

Designed for retail, office, kitchen and gallery spaces requiring flexible directional lighting, the track accommodates multiple magnetic fixtures on a single 2m run. The 26mm projection from the ceiling gives a low-profile appearance compared to traditional spotlight bars, while the black finish pairs with contemporary and industrial interiors. Each track connects to mains power at one end and accepts live-feed magnetic fixtures that draw power directly from the rail when positioned.

The aluminium construction provides structural rigidity across the 2m span without visible sagging, while the black powder-coat finish resists scuffs and fingerprints during installation and fixture adjustment. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments away from direct water contact. Dimmable when paired with compatible magnetic dimmable fixtures and a suitable mains dimmer.
