The Luxeon is a twin-head track spotlight with two integrated 5W LEDs, each producing 4000K neutral white light from a matt black extruded aluminium housing. The fitting mounts magnetically onto a compatible track rail, allowing the entire unit to be repositioned along the rail without tools or re-wiring. Each spotlight head tilts and rotates independently to direct light where it's needed.

Designed for retail, gallery, office and residential settings where flexible accent lighting is required, the Luxeon pairs with magnetic track systems that run from ceiling or wall-mounted rails. The magnetic connection means the spotlight can be slid along the track to new positions, removed for maintenance, or replaced with other magnetic track accessories without disturbing the track wiring. The twin-head configuration gives broader coverage than single spotlights, making the unit suitable for lighting artwork, shelving runs, kitchen worktops or reception areas.

The 190mm-wide track mount sits flush against the rail with a 25mm projection from the ceiling or wall line. No. The Luxeon mounts magnetically to a specific Ideal Lux magnetic track system, not traditional three-circuit track rails. The magnetic track must be installed first, then the spotlight clips onto it and draws power through magnetic contact rather than mechanical adapters.

Can the spotlight heads be angled independently?

Yes. Each of the two heads tilts and rotates on its mount, allowing them to be aimed in different directions to light separate areas or objects from one track position.

Is the LED replaceable?

No. The LED is integrated into the spotlight housing. The 5-year warranty covers LED failure, and the expected lifespan of the integrated LED exceeds 25,000 hours under typical use.
