The Luxeon is a 192mm magnetic LED track light delivering 7W of 3000K warm white light through an integrated LED module housed in a white powder-coated metal body. The fitting attaches magnetically to Ideal Lux Ego profile magnetic track systems, allowing the light to be positioned and repositioned along the track run without tools or additional fixings.

Designed for retail, hospitality and residential installations where directional accent lighting is needed on walls, displays or worksurfaces, the Luxeon provides a compact linear wash of light suitable for highlighting artwork, shelf displays, kitchen counters and bathroom mirrors. The 1-10V dimming protocol allows brightness to be reduced from full output down to around 10% when paired with a compatible 1-10V dimmer, giving control over ambient light levels throughout the day. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor locations only.

The white finish integrates cleanly into white or light-painted ceilings and pairs with both minimalist and contemporary interiors. The 28mm height and 22mm projection give the fitting a low-profile presence once mounted on track, avoiding visual intrusion in rooms with lower ceilings or tight spaces. The magnetic attachment system means individual fittings can be removed for redecorating or swapped for different beam angles without re-wiring the track circuit.

The Luxeon is designed for Ideal Lux Ego profile magnetic track systems. It attaches magnetically to the track and draws power through the magnetic connection, so no additional wiring or clips are needed once the track itself is installed.

How is it dimmed?

The fitting uses 1-10V dimming protocol, which requires a separate 1-10V compatible dimmer installed between the mains supply and the track system. The dimmer sends a low-voltage control signal to reduce LED output from 100% down to approximately 10%.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture ingress, so it should only be used in dry indoor locations. For bathroom zones requiring IP44 or higher, a different fitting is needed.

Can the light be repositioned after installation?

Yes. The magnetic attachment allows the fitting to be lifted off the track and repositioned anywhere along the track run without tools. This makes it easy to adjust lighting layouts as room use changes.
