Description

The Luxeon is a 192mm magnetic linear track light housing a 7W LED module that outputs 3000K warm white light. The fitting attaches magnetically to Ideal Lux Ego profile track systems, allowing it to be repositioned along the track length without tools or re-wiring. The extruded aluminium body houses the LED driver and optics within a 22mm-deep profile finished in matt black.

Designed for retail displays, gallery lighting, kitchen worktop lighting and office task lighting, the Luxeon provides directional accent light that can be adjusted as layouts change. The magnetic fixing means multiple fittings can be spaced and re-spaced along a single track run to match changing merchandise, artwork or furniture positions. The 7W output is suited to spot-lighting small areas rather than general room illumination.

The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible dimmer and driver combination, allowing output to be reduced for ambient evening lighting or increased for task focus. The 3000K colour temperature sits in the warm white range, rendering natural skin tones and warm timber finishes accurately without the clinical feel of cooler LEDs. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor spaces.

The Luxeon carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux. The LED module is integrated and non-replaceable, so when the LED reaches end-of-life the entire fitting is replaced rather than the lamp alone.
