Description

The Luxeon-2 is a 1m recessed magnetic track system in black anodised aluminium, designed to accept Ideal Lux magnetic track spotlights, pendant modules and linear lighting elements. The track recesses into the ceiling with an 83mm projection depth, leaving only the narrow face visible at ceiling level. Magnetic modules snap directly into the track channel and hold securely while remaining repositionable along the full 1m length without tools.

Designed for residential living rooms, kitchens, retail spaces and galleries where track lighting is needed but visible surface-mounted track is undesirable, the Luxeon-2 creates a flush finish against the ceiling line. The recessed installation requires a 100mm minimum ceiling void to accommodate the track body and wiring. Once installed, the track accepts any Luxeon magnetic spotlight or pendant module, which can be slid along the track and rotated independently to direct light as needed.

The black anodised finish provides corrosion resistance and pairs cleanly with contemporary and industrial interiors. The aluminium extrusion includes integrated conductors along the full length, eliminating the need for individual wiring runs to each spotlight position. The track carries IP20 rating for dry indoor use and supports dimming when paired with dimmable magnetic modules and a compatible driver. Ideal Lux backs the track with a 5-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects.
