Description

The Lunar is a 450mm outdoor wall light with two E27 sockets positioned behind dual satin-finished Pyrex glass diffusers, housed in a die-cast aluminium body finished in matt black. The twin diffusers direct light upward and downward from the wall surface, creating both ambient illumination and architectural accent without glare.

Designed for exterior installation on house fronts, boundary walls, covered porches and garden structures, the Lunar carries an IP55 rating for protection against dust ingress and water jets from any direction. This makes it suitable for exposed positions subject to rain and wind, provided it is mounted on a vertical surface rather than face-up where water can pool. The 80mm projection from the wall keeps the fitting compact while the 450mm length provides enough coverage to light a doorway or define a section of wall.

The die-cast aluminium construction offers better corrosion resistance than pressed steel alternatives, and the matt black finish resists visible fading under UV exposure. Each E27 socket accepts standard LED, halogen or filament bulbs up to 60W (bulbs sold separately), giving control over the colour temperature and brightness to suit the setting. The dual-diffuser layout works particularly well where uplight is wanted to highlight wall texture, brickwork or timber cladding above the fitting.
