The Luna is a 13cm frosted glass globe pendant designed for Exility magnetic track lighting systems, housing a 6W integrated LED with DALI dimming and adjustable colour temperature from 2700K warm white to 6000K cool white. The frosted glass diffuses the LED into soft omnidirectional light, and the magnetic base clips directly onto the track rail without tools.

Designed for kitchens, dining areas and commercial installations already fitted with Exility magnetic track, the Luna allows multiple pendants to be positioned and repositioned along a single powered rail. The DALI protocol gives smooth dimming from 100% down to 1% and colour temperature adjustment via a compatible DALI controller, so the same pendant can provide warm ambient light for dining or cooler focused light for task areas. The 114.8cm total drop from track to bottom of globe suits ceilings of 2.4m or higher.

The 48V DC supply runs through the track itself, removing the need for individual mains connections at each pendant position. The frosted glass globe is hand-blown rather than injection-moulded, so slight variation in glass thickness and bubble presence is normal. The black metal canopy and suspension cable match Maytoni's Exility track system and pair cleanly with black or graphite interiors. The 6W LED output at 2700K delivers approximately 480 lumens, comparable to a 40W incandescent bulb.

What track system is this compatible with?

The Luna is designed for Maytoni's Exility magnetic track lighting system. It will not fit standard 3-circuit track or other manufacturers' magnetic systems without confirmation of compatibility. The magnetic base clips onto the Exility track and receives 48V DC power through the rail.

How is the colour temperature adjusted?

Colour temperature adjustment from 2700K to 6000K requires a DALI controller compatible with tunable white LEDs. The pendant itself does not have a physical switch for CCT adjustment — control is via the DALI protocol over the track system.

Can multiple Luna pendants be used on one track?

Yes. The Exility magnetic track system supports multiple pendants along a single powered rail, limited only by the track's total wattage capacity. Each Luna pendant draws 6W, so a typical 2m track rated at 100W could support up to 16 pendants, though spacing and visual balance would limit practical installations to 3-5 per 2m run.

Is the glass globe replaceable if damaged?

The frosted glass globe is a separate component and can be replaced if broken. Contact Maytoni or Niori for replacement globe availability and part numbers specific to this model.
