Description

The Lumora is a 2-light bar spotlight with two independently adjustable cylindrical heads mounted on a 450mm matt black bar. Each head houses a GU10 bulb fitting (bulbs sold separately) and rotates through approximately 350° horizontally and 90° vertically, allowing light to be directed at artwork, shelving, kitchen worktops or architectural features.

Designed for ceiling mounting, the Lumora fits standard UK ceiling roses and sits 100mm below the ceiling at its lowest projection. The 450mm bar length works well over kitchen islands, along gallery walls, above bathroom mirrors, and in home offices where task lighting is needed without installing multiple individual fittings. The matt black finish on the powder-coated metal minimises reflections and pairs cleanly with industrial, modern and minimalist interiors.

The recessed fixing base conceals the ceiling connection point behind a low-profile canopy, giving a cleaner installation than surface-mounted track systems. Each spotlight head measures approximately 100mm in length with a 55mm diameter aperture, providing a concentrated beam when fitted with narrow-beam GU10 bulbs or wider wash light with flood-beam GU10s. The IP20 rating limits this fitting to dry indoor use only.

What bulbs does it take?

The Lumora takes two GU10 twist-and-lock bulbs, sold separately. Most users pair this with LED GU10s between 4-7W and 2700K-3000K for accent lighting, or 4000K for task lighting in kitchens and offices. Narrow-beam GU10s (beam angle 24-36°) give concentrated spotlighting, while wide-beam (60-120°) provide wash lighting.

Is it dimmable?

Yes. The fitting itself supports dimming, provided the GU10 bulbs you fit are dimmable LEDs and your dimmer switch is rated for LED loads. Non-dimmable GU10 bulbs will work but cannot be dimmed.

Can the heads be adjusted after installation?

Yes. Each cylindrical head rotates independently through approximately 350° horizontally and 90° vertically, allowing the light direction to be changed without re-wiring. The heads hold their position once adjusted.

Is it suitable for bathrooms?

The IP20 rating limits this fitting to dry indoor areas only. It is not rated for bathroom zones or anywhere moisture is present.
