Description

Made from steel, glass and PMMA, our Lemon Squeeze Linear Pendant Light brings together a long horizontal glass tube and two polished steel end fittings, suspended from a pair of cords. It is designed to sit low and level, its slender profile drawing the eye along its full length rather than down into a single point. There is no shade here to soften the shape, so what you see is the clean line of the tube itself, framed by the polished steel that holds each end in place. At 137.3cm long and just 4cm wide, it reads as a bar of light rather than a bulky fixture, and we think that restraint is exactly what makes it work.

This pendant light suits the spaces where a horizontal line makes sense. Hung above the dining table or over a kitchen island, it spreads light along a run rather than pooling it in one spot, and the two GU10 bulbs (max 15W LED each, not included) give you the option to choose the warmth and brightness that suit the room. It is also compatible with our Focused Idea bulb if you want a particular quality of light, again sold separately. With a generous 3m cord on each side, you have plenty of scope to set the drop and get the balance right beneath a high or a standard ceiling.

Every piece we send out is ready to be lived with. This one weighs 5.4kg, stands 48.7cm at full height and takes around 20 minutes to assemble, so you can have it up without setting aside your afternoon. It carries CE and UKCA marking for indoor use and is rated IP2X. We supply it in polished steel as a single specification.
