Description

Made from steel, glass and PMMA, our Lemon Squeeze Linear Pendant Light brings together honest materials in a form we find genuinely useful for lighting a table or worktop. A long horizontal glass tube sits at the heart of the design, held between two brass end fittings and suspended from two cords, one on each side. There is no shade here to soften the outline, just a clean linear silhouette that runs 137.3cm across and holds its own without crowding a room. We chose brass for the end fittings because it gives the piece a warm colour that settles into both modern and more traditional interiors.

At 48.7cm in height and only 4cm wide, this pendant light keeps its footprint slim while spanning a generous length above whatever you place beneath it. It weighs 5.4kg and comes with a 3m cord on each side, giving us plenty of room to position it at the height that suits your ceiling. The light comes from 2 × GU10 bulbs, each taking a maximum of 15W LED, which are not included so you can pick the warmth you prefer. It is also compatible with Focused Idea, sold separately, if you want a little more control over how the light falls. Assembly takes around 20 minutes, and the lamp carries CE, UKCA and IP2X markings for indoor use.

The brass end fittings give this piece its character, so we would keep them looking their best with a soft dry cloth and avoid anything abrasive that might mark the surface. The glass tube responds well to a gentle wipe now and then to keep the light clear.
