The lamp takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W, sold separately.

Can the shade be replaced?

Yes. The shade sits on a standard lamp harp fitting. Replacement shades with a 410mm diameter bottom and compatible harp fittings can be sourced separately if the original polycotton shade becomes damaged or if you wish to change the colour or style.

How is the porcelain cleaned?

Wipe the porcelain gently with a dry, soft microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth is acceptable, but avoid soaking the crackle glaze or letting water pool around the wooden base. Do not use abrasive cleaners or sprays on the hand-painted leaf decoration.
