Description

The Kitesurf Loop is a 1240mm linear suspension light combining two intersecting geometric elements: a frosted white hollow ring and a linear white bar, both lit by integrated 3000K LEDs producing 4000 lumens. The ring sits offset from the bar, creating a sculptural composition suspended on three fine cables from a rectangular white canopy. The 50W LED system is dimmable, requiring a compatible trailing-edge or leading-edge dimmer.

Designed for kitchen islands, dining tables and open-plan living spaces where both task and ambient light are needed, the Kitesurf Loop works best over surfaces 1000-1600mm long. The adjustable drop ranges from 450mm to 1500mm, allowing installation above worktops in lower-ceiling rooms or above dining tables in higher-ceiling spaces. The 120° beam angle distributes light evenly across the surface below while the frosted finish prevents glare when viewed from seated or standing positions.

The white powder-coated aluminium frame weighs 3kg once installed, giving the fitting enough presence to anchor a large island or table without dominating the sightline across an open room. The frosted white ring diffuses the LED strip inside it into a continuous glow rather than visible hotspots, while the linear bar provides the primary downward illumination. The matte white finish pairs with white or pale ceilings to minimise visual weight overhead.

The minimum drop of 450mm allows the fitting to sit 600-700mm above a worktop in rooms with 2.4m ceilings, while the maximum 1500mm drop suits higher-ceiling dining rooms where the light needs to hang lower over the table.

Does the ring and bar illuminate separately?

No. The integrated LED system illuminates both the frosted ring and the linear bar simultaneously. Both elements dim together when controlled by a compatible dimmer switch.
