Description

The Infinity is a 51cm diameter LED pendant light built from two interwoven metal loops finished in brown oxide, supporting a frosted white acrylic diffuser at the centre. An integrated 42W LED module inside the diffuser produces 3400 lumens at 2800K warm white, casting light both upward through the loops and downward through the diffuser, creating a balanced ambient and task light distribution.

Designed for dining tables, kitchen islands and lounge areas with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above, the Infinity combines sculptural form with functional illumination. The suspension cables adjust from 400mm to 1500mm drop during installation, allowing the fitting to be positioned 650-800mm above a dining surface or higher as feature lighting in double-height spaces. The circular canopy is 120mm diameter and mounts to a standard UK ceiling rose.

The brown oxide finish on the metal frame provides a warm, muted bronze tone with visible texture that catches and diffuses the upward light from the LED module. The frosted white diffuser prevents glare from the LED source while maintaining high light output, 3400 lumens is comparable to a 250W halogen equivalent. The interlocking loop construction gives the fitting a kinetic quality when viewed from different angles, with the curves appearing to shift as you move around the room. At 1.67kg the fitting has enough weight to hang stably on the suspension cables without needing additional ceiling reinforcement.

Is the Infinity dimmable?

No. The integrated LED runs at a fixed 42W output and is not compatible with dimmer switches. The 2800K colour temperature and 3400 lumen output are constant when powered.

What ceiling height is needed?

The 400-1500mm adjustable drop suits ceiling heights from 2.6m upward. For a dining table the fitting typically hangs 650-800mm above the surface, which requires a ceiling height of at least 2.6m. Higher ceilings can use the full 1500mm drop to position the light as a feature element.

How is the light distributed?

The LED module casts light upward through the metal loops and downward through the white diffuser. The 120° beam angle and frosted diffuser provide wide, even illumination suitable for ambient and task lighting combined.

Can the metal loops be adjusted or repositioned?

No. The interwoven loops are fixed in position and form part of the structural frame supporting the diffuser. The sculpture is pre-assembled and cannot be reconfigured.
