The Ignitia-2 is a 1070mm linear LED pendant light in matt black aluminium, housing two integrated LED modules delivering a combined 36W at 3000K. The fitting provides both direct downward light and indirect upward light through separate channels within the slim 80mm-high profile, with a switch on the fitting itself to control the indirect lighting independently.

Designed for installation above dining tables, kitchen islands and reception desks, the Ignitia-2 suits rooms with ceiling heights of 2.6m or above where linear task and ambient lighting are needed together. The direct light casts downward to illuminate surfaces below, while the indirect light reflects off the ceiling to create softer background fill. The on-device switch allows users to run both channels together or turn off the indirect lighting when only task light is needed, without requiring smart controls or additional wiring.

The matt black aluminium extrusion measures 35mm in projection, giving the fitting a narrow cross-section that sits unobtrusively in the space when viewed from the side. The 3000K colour temperature delivers neutral warm white light that sits between cooler office lighting and warmer residential ambient light, making the Ignitia-2 suitable for both domestic and hospitality settings. The IP20 rating limits the fitting to dry indoor locations.

No. The integrated LED modules run at fixed output and are not compatible with dimmer switches. The on-device switch allows the indirect lighting to be turned off independently, but brightness cannot be varied.

What's the difference between direct and indirect lighting on this fitting?

The direct lighting casts downward onto the surface below, providing task light for dining or work surfaces. The indirect lighting casts upward onto the ceiling, which then reflects back down as softer ambient fill. The indirect channel can be switched off using the on-device switch when only task light is needed.

What ceiling height works best?

The Ignitia-2 suits ceiling heights of 2.6m or above. For a dining table, the fitting typically hangs 700-800mm above the table surface. For kitchen islands, 750-900mm clearance is typical depending on ceiling height and user preference.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the fitting is not protected against moisture and must only be installed in dry indoor locations away from direct water contact.
