The Ignis is an 8W LED track spotlight with an integrated LED module delivering 3000K warm white light at CRI90 colour rendering. The cylindrical aluminium body in matt black powder coat clips into three-phase track systems, rotating 350° on the horizontal plane and tilting 90° on the vertical axis to direct light precisely where needed.

Designed for retail, hospitality and residential track lighting installations, the Ignis targets accent lighting applications where colour accuracy matters — product displays, artwork, architectural features, dining areas. The CRI90 rating renders colours more faithfully than standard CRI80 retail spotlights, reducing the shift in how fabrics, finishes and food appear under artificial light compared to daylight. The 3000K colour temperature sits at the warmer end of white light, matching halogen tone without the heat output or short bulb life.

The extruded aluminium construction keeps the spotlight at 110mm height and 51mm projection from the track rail, making it compact enough for lower ceilings without losing the articulation range needed to light angled surfaces or recessed displays. The black powder coat finish provides a low-glare surface that recedes visually against black or dark grey ceiling tracks. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments — not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor canopies.

The Ignis is designed for three-phase track systems. It will not fit single-circuit two-wire track or other proprietary track profiles. Confirm your existing track type before ordering.

Is it dimmable?

No. The integrated 8W LED module is not compatible with dimmer switches or track-mounted dimming systems. The output is fixed at the rated wattage.

What is CRI90 and why does it matter?

CRI (Colour Rendering Index) measures how accurately a light source renders colours compared to daylight. CRI90 means the Ignis renders 90% of the colour spectrum faithfully, making it suitable for retail displays, galleries and dining areas where colour perception matters. Can it be used outdoors or in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the spotlight is not protected against moisture ingress and must only be used in dry indoor environments. For bathrooms or outdoor canopies, a spotlight with IP44 or higher is required.
