Description
The Ignis is an 8W LED track spotlight with an integrated 3000K LED, CRI90 colour rendering and 1-10V dimming control, mounted on a three-phase track adaptor. The cylindrical body is extruded aluminium with a black powder-coated finish, housing a single LED module behind a reflector lens that focuses the light into a directed beam.
Designed for retail displays, gallery installations and commercial interiors where precise accent lighting is needed, the Ignis rotates 350° on its track mount and tilts 90° from horizontal to vertical alignment. This range of movement allows the spotlight to be aimed at wall-hung art, product shelving or architectural features from ceiling-mounted track runs. The three-phase track system supports multiple Ignis units on a single circuit, with each spotlight individually aimable.
The CRI90 rating maintains accurate colour reproduction under the spotlight beam, which matters when highlighting artwork, textiles or product finishes where colour fidelity affects buyer perception. The 1-10V dimming protocol allows the output to be adjusted from full brightness down to 10% via compatible dimmer systems, giving control over lighting intensity without changing the 3000K colour temperature. The black finish sits quietly against dark ceilings and blends with industrial, gallery and modern commercial fit-outs.

Frequently Asked
What is a three-phase track system?
A three-phase track has three separate electrical circuits running along a single track rail, allowing multiple spotlights to be grouped onto different circuits for independent control. The Ignis adaptor clips onto the track and connects to one of the three phases. Standard single-circuit track will not fit this spotlight.
What does CRI90 mean?
CRI (Colour Rendering Index) measures how accurately a light source reproduces colours compared to natural daylight. CRI90 means the Ignis reproduces 90% of the colour spectrum, making reds, blues and skin tones appear close to how they look under daylight. This matters in retail and gallery settings where colour accuracy affects how products and artwork are perceived.
How is the 1-10V dimming controlled?
1-10V dimming requires a compatible low-voltage dimmer controller wired into the track system. The Ignis does not dim via standard wall dimmers. The dimmer sends a control signal between 1 volt (lowest brightness) and 10 volts (full output) to adjust the LED driver inside the spotlight.
Can the spotlight be aimed after installation?
Yes. The Ignis rotates 350° around the track mount and tilts 90° on a vertical axis, allowing it to be re-aimed at any time without removing it from the track. The mount locks into position once adjusted.
