Description

The Espire Heat Alarm (ES1HLV) is a mains-powered heat alarm with a non-replaceable 10 year lithium battery backup. It runs from a 230V AC supply and is housed in UL94-V0 rated, UV stabilised ABS, measuring ø132 x 59.5mm.

The heat sensor detects rising temperatures, which makes it suited to areas where smoke alarms can cause false alerts. It supports both wired interconnect and RF-Link (the ES1RF module is required for RF), so it can be linked with up to 28 devices. When one unit triggers, the linked alarms sound together.

With an Installation Grade of D1 and battery backup, it holds cover during a mains interruption. It works well in kitchens, garages and lofts, and forms part of a wider linked system across a home.
