Our Moss Green finish gives this console table a soft, muted colour that settles into a room without demanding attention, working alongside neutrals as easily as it does deeper tones. We chose this shade because it flatters natural light and lamplight in equal measure, and it makes a good base for a table lamp, a stack of books or a bowl for keys. Across a plain painted wall or a papered one, the Moss Green holds its own while leaving the surrounding scheme to breathe.

The form is a long, low console with a single pull-out drawer lined in felt, standing on four tapered legs that keep the whole piece looking light. It is made from solid oak, MDF and steel, with a FENIX® nanolaminate surface that resists fingerprints and wipes clean with a matt finish rather than a shine. The drawer is a genuinely useful thing for the small items you would rather not leave on show, and the felt lining keeps them quiet as they slide. At 82cm high, 110cm wide and 30cm deep, with a weight of 15kg, it is a steady piece that stays put once positioned. The top takes a maximum load of 100kg when the weight is spread evenly across the surface.
