Description

The Harcourt is a five light semi-flush ceiling light in antique brass, built from brass and glass. It sits close to the ceiling, with a shallow 85mm projection and a 472mm diameter, so it reads as wide rather than deep. Each of the five arms takes a G9 lamp, spreading an even run of light across the width of the fitting.

Because it sits so close to the ceiling, the Harcourt suits rooms with lower ceilings just as well as taller ones: a hallway, a dining room or a bedroom where a deeper pendant would feel out of place. Five lamps across a wide fitting give a good, even spread of ambient light rather than one central pool, making it a practical main light for everyday use.
