Description

The Grove is a 960mm crystal chandelier with 18 E14 candle fittings arranged across two tiers of curved gold metal arms. Each arm carries cut crystal droplets and blown glass details that catch and refract light when the bulbs are lit, creating layered sparkle across the fitting. The gold finish on the metal frame runs from a warm antique tone at the centre to polished highlights on the outer arm curves.

Designed for dining rooms, double-height entrance halls and drawing rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above, the Grove provides both ambient and decorative lighting. The 630mm body height plus chain drop means the chandelier typically hangs 700-900mm below the ceiling rose, positioning the main tier of lights at eye level when standing. The velvet-covered chain conceals the cable run between ceiling rose and chandelier body. Bulbs are sold separately — most installations use 18 x warm-white LED candle bulbs at 4-6W each.

Each of the 18 arms terminates in a gold candle drip-tray with a crystal bobeche (collar) beneath, from which multiple faceted crystal droplets hang on brass wire. The blown glass elements sit within the inner tier of arms, adding sculptural weight to the centre of the fitting before the outer arms extend to the full 960mm diameter. The combined crystal, blown glass and solid metal construction gives the Grove a 12kg hanging weight, requiring a ceiling rose rated for chandelier loads and a reinforced ceiling joist or plate above.

The IP20 rating restricts the Grove to dry indoor environments only. The chandelier is dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 bulbs and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer on the lighting circuit.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off the circuit before cleaning. Wipe each crystal droplet individually with a dry microfibre cloth. For more stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the brass wire fixings or allowing water to run down into the candle holders.
