Description

The Groenland is a 122cm ceiling fan with an integrated 1700lm LED light, three wood-tone blades mounted on a white motor housing, and remote and app control included as standard. The integrated LED is tuneable between 2700K warm white and 5000K daylight, allowing the colour temperature to be adjusted to match the time of day or the task at hand. The DC motor runs quietly and draws 54W across both fan and light functions combined.

Designed for bedrooms, living rooms and open-plan dining areas with ceiling heights of 2.4m or above, the Groenland provides both cooling airflow in summer and light circulation in winter when run in reverse. The 120° beam angle from the integrated LED provides broad ambient coverage across a room footprint of 15-20m². Remote control allows six fan speeds, forward/reverse rotation, and independent dimming and colour temperature adjustment of the LED without needing to reach a wall switch. App control extends this to scheduling, voice assistant integration and multi-room grouping where multiple Groenland fans are installed.

The three blades are finished in a wood-tone laminate that replicates the grain and colour variation of natural oak, while the motor housing is powder-coated white to sit cleanly against most ceiling finishes. The 215mm drop from ceiling to blade tip suits standard UK residential ceiling heights and the 4.2kg weight requires secure fixing to a joist or ceiling beam rather than plasterboard alone. The DC motor design reduces energy consumption compared to AC motor fans of similar blade span and the silent operation avoids the hum typical of older ceiling fan models.
