Grace 10 Light Crystal Chandelier - Bronze

The Grace is a 10-arm crystal chandelier built around a bronze-finish metal frame with scrolled arms radiating from a central column, each arm supporting an E14 candle bulb holder dressed with chains and droplets of faceted crystal. The 85cm diameter and 64cm body height give the chandelier a substantial presence suited to rooms with 2.7m or higher ceilings, where the fixture can be suspended 700-900mm above a dining table or positioned as a centrepiece in an entrance hall.

Designed for formal dining rooms, double-height hallways and large living spaces, the Grace combines traditional candelabra-style lighting with decorative crystal dressing. The chandelier chain allows for height adjustment between 84cm and 124cm total drop from ceiling rose to the base of the chandelier body, giving flexibility to match different ceiling heights and table configurations. The ten bulbs (sold separately) sit behind the crystal dressing rather than inside enclosed shades, so choosing warm-white filament-style E14 candle bulbs adds to the period aesthetic.

The bronze finish on the metalwork is a mid-tone antiqued brass with darker patina in the recesses of the scrollwork, which shows well against both light-painted ceilings and darker traditional interiors. Each of the ten arms carries a scalloped metal drip tray below the bulb holder, dressed with chains of faceted crystal beads that terminate in teardrop pendants. The crystals catch and refract light from the bulbs, creating highlights on surrounding walls and ceilings when the chandelier is lit. The IP20 rating limits the Grace to dry indoor use only.

What bulbs does the Grace chandelier require?

The chandelier takes ten E14 small Edison screw candle bulbs, each rated up to 60W. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users choose warm-white LED candle bulbs between 4-6W and 2700K for a traditional candle-flame effect without the heat output of halogen or incandescent equivalents.

What ceiling height is needed?

The chandelier works best in rooms with ceiling heights of 2.7m or above. The adjustable chain allows the total drop to be set between 84cm and 124cm, so above a dining table the chandelier typically hangs with its base 700-900mm above the table surface, requiring a 2.5-2.8m ceiling minimum for comfortable head clearance.

Is the chandelier dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs you choose and the type of dimmer switch installed. LED candle bulbs must be marked as dimmable and paired with an LED-compatible trailing-edge dimmer for smooth dimming without flicker.

How is the crystal cleaned?

The faceted crystal droplets can be wiped gently with a dry microfibre cloth while the chandelier is switched off and cool. For more thorough cleaning, individual crystal strands can be unhooked from the metal frame, wiped with a barely-damp cloth, dried completely and re-hung. Avoid spraying cleaners directly onto the metalwork or crystals while assembled.
