The Gleonis Small is a 10cm diameter sphere table lamp with a matt white painted metal base and a polycarbonate diffuser treated with a paper-effect coating. The sphere houses a single G9 bulb fitting (bulb sold separately) that casts light through the translucent polycarbonate, creating soft ambient illumination without harsh glare or visible filament.

Designed for bedside tables, work desks and small console surfaces where space is limited but a light source is needed, the Gleonis Small occupies roughly the footprint of a coffee mug. The compact 10cm size suits narrow bedside tables in guest rooms, small home office desks, and hallway consoles where a larger lamp would dominate the surface. The IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations only.

The polycarbonate diffuser is more impact-resistant than glass, making the lamp suitable for households with children or in hospitality settings where accidental knocks are common. The matt white finish on both the base and diffuser creates a monochromatic appearance that pairs with white, grey and pastel-toned interiors. The paper-effect coating on the polycarbonate softens the light output and gives the surface a slight texture that diffuses reflections.

The Gleonis Small uses a single G9 capsule bulb, sold separately. G9 LED bulbs between 2W-4W at 2700K-3000K provide warm ambient light suitable for bedside or desk use without excessive brightness.

Is it dimmable?

No. The lamp is rated non-dimmable and should be used with standard mains switching only. Attempting to use a dimmer may damage the lamp or reduce bulb lifespan.

Can it be used in a bathroom?

No. The IP20 rating means the lamp is suitable for dry indoor locations only and offers no protection against moisture. Use it in bedrooms, living rooms, offices and hallways, not in bathrooms or kitchens near sinks.

Is the polycarbonate sphere fragile?

Polycarbonate is significantly more impact-resistant than glass, making the Gleonis Small more durable in environments where accidental knocks are likely. However, it will still scratch if cleaned with abrasive materials, so wipe with a soft dry cloth only.
