Description

The Gim is a 120mm square wall light with a 6W integrated LED housed in a powder-coated black aluminium body. The cylindrical diffuser rotates on its mount, allowing the 3000K warm white output to be directed up, down, or angled across a wall surface. A satin acrylic screen sits inside the diffuser aperture to soften the beam and reduce glare.

Designed for bedside mounting, hallway lighting, and side-of-wardrobe positions where directed task light is needed without a ceiling fitting, the Gim includes an integrated on/off switch on the back plate for direct control without needing a wall switch. The 120mm projection from the wall and 120mm height keep it compact enough for tighter spaces while still providing usable light coverage. The IP20 rating suits dry interior locations only.

The powder-coated aluminium body resists surface wear and pairs with contemporary, minimalist and industrial interiors where clean geometric forms and matt black finishes are preferred. The 3000K colour temperature sits at the warmer end of white LED output, giving a softer ambient tone than cooler 4000K task lighting. The integrated LED draws 6W on 230V mains and carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux.

Yes. The cylindrical diffuser rotates freely on its mount, allowing you to direct the light up, down, or at an angle across the wall once the back plate is fixed in position.

Is the LED replaceable?
