Gemma 2 Light Wall Light - Gold with Crystal and Amber Glass

The Gemma is a 2 light wall light built around rectangular prisms of amber pearl glass and clear crystal set into a gold-finished metal frame. Each prism is positioned at alternating angles to catch and refract light from two E14 bulbs (sold separately), creating layered reflections across the amber and clear surfaces.

Designed for hallways, staircases and living room accent walls where vertical wall space allows, the 648mm height gives the fitting a vertical jewellery-like presence without overwhelming narrower walls. The 140mm projection means it sits close to the wall surface while the dual bulbs provide sufficient task and ambient light for a 3-4m hallway section or stairway landing. The rectangular frame structure allows the crystal and amber prisms to be visible from multiple viewing angles, so the fitting reads as decorative from both ends of a corridor.

The gold finish on the metal frame has a warm mid-tone that pairs with both brass hardware and warmer contemporary colour schemes. The amber pearl glass adds a honeyed tone to the light output when the bulbs are lit, while the clear crystal prisms provide cooler reflections and contrast. The vertical stacking of prisms gives the fitting a geometric Art Deco character without being historically literal. Each crystal and glass element is individually set into the frame, and the combined weight of metal, glass and crystal gives the fitting a substantial presence once wall-mounted.

What bulbs does it require?

The Gemma takes two E14 small Edison screw bulbs up to 60W maximum. Bulbs are sold separately. Most users pair this with candle-style LED bulbs in warm white (2700K-3000K) to complement the amber glass.

What wall space is needed?

The fitting is 648mm tall and 203mm wide, with a 140mm projection from the wall. It suits hallways, staircases and feature walls with sufficient vertical clearance above furniture or dado rails.

Is it dimmable?

Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulbs chosen. If you fit dimmable LED E14 bulbs, the light output can be controlled via a compatible wall dimmer. The fitting itself does not restrict dimming.

How is the crystal cleaned?

Switch off and allow bulbs to cool fully. Wipe the crystal and glass prisms with a soft, dry microfibre cloth. For stubborn marks, a barely-damp cloth with distilled water is acceptable, but avoid soaking the metal frame or using household sprays.
