Description

The Focus is a white aluminium track spotlight with a cylindrical 6cm diameter head housing a single GU10 bulb fitting (sold separately). The spotlight clips onto single-phase track rail and provides 350° horizontal swivel plus vertical tilt adjustment, allowing the beam to be directed at artwork, shelving, feature walls or workspaces from a ceiling-mounted track.

Designed for retail, gallery, office and residential track lighting installations, the Focus suits rooms where lighting positions need to be adjustable after installation or where multiple spotlights are required on a single circuit. The recessed GU10 lamp position minimises glare when viewed from normal standing and seated positions, making the spotlight comfortable for task lighting over desks or kitchen worktops as well as accent lighting in living spaces.

The white powder-coated aluminium body provides a clean, unobtrusive finish that blends into white ceilings and pairs with minimalist and contemporary interiors. The spotlight accepts any GU10 LED, halogen or CFL bulb up to 10W, allowing you to choose beam angle (narrow spot, wide flood) and colour temperature (warm, neutral, cool white) based on the application. The IP20 rating limits the Focus to dry indoor use only.

What track system does this fit?

The Focus fits single-phase track rail (also called 1-circuit track). It is not compatible with 3-circuit or 4-circuit multi-phase track systems. Most UK residential track lighting uses single-phase rail, but verify your existing track type before purchasing.

Does it come with a bulb?

No. The spotlight takes a standard GU10 bulb up to 10W, sold separately. Most users pair this with a GU10 LED between 5-7W in either warm white (2700-3000K) for ambient lighting or cool white (4000-5000K) for task lighting.

How much can the head be adjusted?

The spotlight head swivels 350° horizontally on the track mount and tilts vertically to direct the beam at walls, floors or angled surfaces. This allows the light to be repositioned without moving the track rail itself.

Can it be used in bathrooms?

No. The IP20 rating means the Focus is suitable for dry indoor rooms only. It cannot be used in bathrooms, shower rooms, or any space where moisture or water spray is present.
