Description

The Fluxis is a 1000mm diameter flush ceiling light built around an integrated LED array behind a satin polycarbonate diffuser, housed in a white painted metal body. The LED emits warm 3000K light distributed evenly across the 1m diameter diffuser, providing ambient illumination without visible hotspots or LED diode patterns. The flush-mount design sits tight to the ceiling with minimal projection, making it suitable for rooms with ceiling heights under 2.4m.

Designed for open-plan living rooms, large bedrooms, commercial reception areas and conference rooms, the Fluxis provides broad light coverage across 15-20m² floor areas depending on ceiling height and room colour. The 1m diameter makes it one of the larger single-piece flush fittings available, reducing the need for multiple smaller lights in medium-sized spaces. The fixture mounts to a standard UK ceiling rose with a backplate that conceals wiring and fixings once installed.

The satin polycarbonate diffuser is impact-resistant and lighter than glass equivalents, reducing the load on ceiling fixings. The white metal body is powder-coated for durability and pairs cleanly with white or light-coloured ceilings in modern and contemporary interiors. The integrated LED is rated at 3000K warm white, providing softer tones than the cooler 4000K or 5000K options common in commercial LED fittings. The IP20 rating limits use to dry indoor environments — the fitting is not suitable for bathrooms, covered outdoor areas or anywhere subject to moisture ingress.
