Description

The Flux is a 1200mm linear LED wall light with an integrated 32W LED module running at 4000K cool white, housed in a white powder-coated aluminium body. The LED strip sits behind a frosted polycarbonate diffuser that runs the full length of the fitting, distributing light evenly along the wall surface without visible hotspots or shadowing.

Designed for task and ambient lighting in kitchens, home offices, commercial workspaces and corridors, the Flux mounts flush to the wall with a 95mm projection. The 1200mm length covers approximately the width of a standard kitchen worktop run or desk surface, making it practical for lighting preparation areas, counters and workstations where consistent illumination is needed. The 4000K colour temperature provides neutral white light that sits between the warmer 3000K residential standard and cooler 5000K clinical white, giving good colour rendering without the yellow cast of warm LEDs.

The fitting is dimmable when paired with a compatible trailing-edge LED dimmer (sold separately). The white powder-coated aluminium finish resists yellowing and pairs cleanly with white walls, minimalist interiors and contemporary kitchens. The IP20 rating restricts the Flux to dry indoor locations — it is not suitable for bathrooms, wet rooms or outdoor use. The integrated LED is not user-replaceable but carries a 5-year warranty from Ideal Lux, covering both the LED module and the driver.
