Description

The Fleur is a 48cm outdoor wall light combining an antique bronze aluminium frame with PULEGOSO bubble glass panels. The glass contains trapped air bubbles that scatter light outward in a diffused wash rather than projecting a focused beam, creating ambient illumination for doorways, porches and patio walls. The fitting takes a single E27 bulb up to 60W and carries an IP44 rating for protection against rain and splashing.

Designed for residential front and rear elevations, the Fleur mounts on an exterior masonry wall using a back plate fixed with wall plugs and screws. The 15cm projection from the wall positions the light source clear of the building line, so the glass panels are fully visible when the light is on. The scrolled bracket arm and ribbed detailing on the lantern frame give the fitting a traditional character that pairs with period properties, cottage exteriors and heritage-style developments.

The aluminium construction provides corrosion resistance in coastal and high-humidity environments, while the antique bronze finish develops a naturally darker patina over time when exposed to weather. What bulb should I use?

The fitting takes a standard E27 Edison screw bulb up to 60W. For outdoor use, a warm-white LED bulb between 6-10W and 2700K-3000K provides good visibility without harsh glare. Bulbs are sold separately.

Will the bronze finish change over time?
