Description

The Flame is a 550mm tall table lamp moulded from opal white polyethylene in a curved, asymmetric form that widens from a triangular base to a tapered top. A single E27 bulb fitting sits inside the translucent body, turning the entire lamp into a diffuser rather than projecting light through a shade. The polyethylene material spreads light evenly across its surface, giving a soft glow without visible hot spots or glare.

Designed for side tables, console tables and low shelving in living rooms, bedrooms and outdoor lounge areas, the Flame provides ambient rather than task lighting. The white epoxy-finished base keeps the lamp stable on flat surfaces, and the 0.77kg weight gives enough mass to resist tipping without requiring a wide footprint. The lamp is rated for both indoor and outdoor use, making it suitable for covered patios and terraces where mains power is available.

The curved profile narrows to 150mm at the widest point of the base and peaks at 170mm width mid-body before tapering again towards the top. This organic asymmetry gives the lamp a sculptural presence when unlit and a soft, flame-like glow when powered. Dimmer compatibility depends on the bulb chosen — pairing with a dimmable LED E27 bulb and a compatible trailing-edge dimmer allows the light level to be adjusted from a low night-light setting to full ambient output.
