Description

The Knightsbridge RW6CW is a 6W fire-rated LED downlight with an integrated driver, delivering 690 lumens of 4000K cool white light through a 40° beam angle. The white aluminium and polycarbonate construction carries an IP65 rating on the front face (IP20 from above), making it suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and zones requiring moisture protection. Fire testing to 30/60/90 minutes with solid wood joists meets Building Regulations for ceiling penetrations.

Designed for recessed installation in ceilings with a minimum 120mm void depth, the downlight requires a 72mm cut-out and projects just 7mm below the ceiling line once fitted. The integrated driver sits in the purple thermally-rated housing above the ceiling, with loop-in/loop-out terminal blocks allowing daisy-chain wiring across multiple fittings. Push-fit terminals speed installation and the interchangeable white bezel can be swapped for alternative finishes if required.

The 4000K colour temperature produces a neutral cool white light suited to task lighting in kitchens, utility rooms, hallways and commercial spaces where clarity matters more than warmth.
