Description

Made with a clear glass body and a slim E14 screw cap, our Fine Idea bulb keeps its workings on show. The rounded G45 shape holds a visible filament that glows warm through the clear glass, so we like it wherever the bulb itself is part of the look rather than hidden away. It measures 6cm in height and 4.5cm in diameter, and at just 10g it sits lightly in any fitting. This is a small, honest little thing, and we think that plain clarity is exactly the point.

Inside that glass sits a 4W LED that draws 220-240V at 50 Hz and gives out 480 lumen, which works out at a bright 120 lumen per watt. The colour temperature is a warm 2700K, so the light falls soft and yellow-toned rather than cold, and the CRI of 81 keeps colours in the room looking true enough for everyday living.
