Exility Magnetic Track T-Connector Power Feed - White

The Exility magnetic track T-connector is a power distribution junction that splits one incoming 48V DC feed into three outgoing track sections, allowing magnetic track lighting systems to branch in multiple directions from a single ceiling power point. The connector body is machined from white-finished aluminium with embedded copper rails that carry power through each arm of the T-junction.

Used in residential open-plan kitchens, retail display areas, galleries and office environments where track lighting needs to cover multiple zones from a central power source, the T-connector eliminates the need for separate power feeds to each track run. The three arms accept standard Exility magnetic track sections, which slot onto the connector and lock magnetically. The white finish matches Exility white track sections and blends into white ceilings, reducing visual interruption.

The connector measures 345mm along the longest arm and 163mm across the perpendicular arm, with an 18mm profile once mounted. The aluminium body dissipates heat from the copper rails during operation, and the IP20 rating restricts use to dry indoor locations away from moisture. Each arm of the T-connector carries the same voltage and current capacity as the track sections it connects, maintaining consistent power delivery across the full system layout.

What track sections does this connector work with?

The T-connector is designed for Maytoni Exility magnetic track sections. It accepts standard Exility track lengths on all three arms, which slot onto the connector and lock magnetically. Check compatibility before ordering if mixing with track sections from other manufacturers.

Can it be installed on sloped ceilings?

The connector is designed for horizontal ceiling installation. On sloped or angled ceilings the magnetic track sections may not seat securely onto the connector arms, and gravity will affect how well magnetic spotlights hold position on the track.

What's the maximum load per arm?

The connector distributes 48V DC power across three arms. The maximum load depends on the total current capacity of the incoming power supply and the gauge of the copper rails. Refer to the Exility system specifications or contact us for load calculations when planning larger installations.

Is the white finish paintable?

The aluminium body arrives powder-coated in white. Painting over powder coat is possible but not recommended, as paint may reduce the magnetic grip between track sections and the connector, and heat from the copper rails can cause paint to discolour over time.
