Estalacta 3 Light Floor Lamp - Silver with Black Shade

The Estalacta is a 1.7m floor lamp built around three curved polished silver stems that rise from a circular base to support a 600mm diameter cylindrical black shade. Is it dimmable?

Yes, provided you use dimmable GU10 bulbs and pair them with a compatible trailing-edge dimmer switch. Non-dimmable LED bulbs will not dim and may flicker if used with a dimmer.

Does light go both up and down?

Yes. The shade is open at the top and bottom. Light from the GU10 bulbs casts upward onto the ceiling for ambient wash and downward for task or localised illumination. The white diffuser inside the black shade softens both light paths.

What room size does it suit?

The 600mm shade diameter and 1.7m height work best in rooms of 15m² or larger. In smaller rooms the lamp may visually dominate. The lamp provides localised rather than whole-room illumination, so it pairs well with additional ceiling or wall fittings in larger open-plan spaces.
