Description

The Eris is a 150mm recessed LED downlight with an integrated 20W 4000K LED mounted in a white aluminium housing. The fitting sits flush with the ceiling once installed, creating a low-profile aperture that directs cool white light downward. The 4000K colour temperature produces neutral white light that sits between warm and daylight tones, commonly used in task-focused areas.

Designed for kitchens, office spaces, corridors and bathrooms (IP20 rated for dry zones only), the Eris provides consistent illumination without dimming capability. The fixed position directs light straight down, making it suitable for general overhead lighting where coverage needs to be even across a room. The 20W output handles medium-sized rooms up to 12-15 square metres depending on ceiling height and whether additional fittings are used.

The white aluminium construction provides structural rigidity and heat dissipation for the LED driver, which is housed within the fitting itself. The 150mm diameter aperture requires a minimum ceiling void depth of approximately 100mm for the driver housing and connections. The recessed installation hides the fixture body completely, leaving only the white trim ring visible from below. The 5-year warranty covers both the LED module and the driver.
